We are delighted to celebrate life's moments with you at Rumba and Inside Passage. In the past we have hosted wedding parties, baby showers, birthdays, anniversaries, work parties, and so many more.
 

Full Buyouts

We’re offering 2 options for total restaurant buyouts. Full buyouts can accommodate up to 60 people seated or up to 85 people with standing room. For buyouts scheduled on Tuesday - Sunday we will retain access to the restrooms and front door for our guests joining us at Inside Passage.

  • Partial Evening is from 4-7pm

  • Full buyout would apply to times after 7pm, or reserving all of Rumba for the whole night

Large Party Seating

We can accommodate 10 - 20 seated guests in our upper dining area for 2.5 hours with a start time between 4 - 5:30pm. The food & beverage minimum*† depends on the number of guests and the night of the week. For standing/mingling parties, see our Half Buyout option.

Half Buyouts

For parties up to 30 guests seated or 40 guests standing, we can offer the use of our upper dining area between the hours of 4 - 7pm. Depending on which night of the week you’ll be joining us, the following minimums*† would apply:

Daytime Bookings 

Currently we’re accommodating daytime buyouts for parties up to 60 guests seated/85 standing , for a total of 3 hours between 11AM - 3:30PM any day of the week starting at $1,500* depending on number of guests . 

* Quoted dollar amounts are food & beverage minimums. Any unmet minimum will be charged as a room fee. A 20% service charge and 10.25% tax will be applied on top of the minimum. 100% of the service charge will be retained by the business. 

† Minimums quoted here are for standard business hours and days and are subject to change during busy seasons & special event periods.
